Tefillin Straps

In order for us to make the knot of the Tefillin shel yad we need to know if your are left or right-handed and if you wrap inwardly of outwardly. When you get the Tefillin straps, all you have to is take out the old strap and insert this new one.
How do you do this?
In regards to the strap of the Tefillin shel rosh we can only give you instruction how to make the knot yourself.
